  • 3. Signing the contract for services of staff recruitment

  • 4. Collection and analysis of the CVs according to client’s vacancy by staff members of Ukrainian company

  • 5. Preliminary telephone selection of candidates

  • 6. Personal interview: checking of professional competence and personal characteristics of the candidate

  • 7. Checking the candidate’s references from previous jobs

  • 8. Organization of the applicant's interview with the employer (personal or SKYPE, to be agreed with the client)

  • 9. Delivering the employer's decision to the candidate

  • 10. Preparing the candidate for relocation

  • 11. Checking of the required documents,assistance in formalizing documents, preparation for the interview at the Consulate, the primary adaptation of the candidate ( if necessary)
